We had spurting HWS in our Moffat Beach Apartment pre Xmas so rang Wurtulla Plumbing who had replaced a HWS in our identical unit next door. The woman on reception would have to be the rudest person we've done business with in 2025. She gets the gong. We own 8 apartments and a shopping centre that she has just cost her company that work. Rods Plumbing attended immediately and have quoted to replace the HWS. Good onya love, it's obviously not your company. Not recommended.

Great service and excellent performance of work. Left a Web form on their site on weekend and they were on the phone first thing Monday to arrange a time. They scheduled a time and were there as scheduled. Great stuff. I asked about Payment that day but was told they would email invoice. It did take nearly 5 days for them to invoice which we received late Friday afternoon. Payment due date was that day. Strange way to do business. But things slip through the cracks I suppose.

Disappointing after service with this business. Jayden fixed two downpipes at my property that were full of roots and advised me i needed droppers in all of them as they were rusted. Told me he'd send me a quote to do all 7 downpipes. Three days later no quote, so I asked my wife to chase it up with the business. The lady she spoke to was rude and then stated there was no quote forthcoming, that she had Jayden with her and that he and I had no such conversation. Crazy stuff. No problem Wurtulla Plumbing because Nathan at Precision Pipeline Plumbing Services is happy to come out next week and do the job.

Ute with uncovered load of sand going down the highway sand blasting everyone behind him, me included. When I called up to let them know the guy couldn't seem to care less, didn't ask where it was, only said "I'll find out who it is," and definitely no apologies for any potential damage to my vehicle

He arrived on time, explained the problem clearly, and fixed it efficiently without any fuss. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and the care they took to leave everything clean and tidy afterwards. Jane who took my call was also very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
