Brent is unbelievable. I damaged my hot water system and it had to be replaced . Brent arrived on time the same day , removed and replaced the old unit in 3 hours , left no mess . Highly recommend , excellent work . Thank you so much .

Brenton from Westplumb is such a legend. Originally Brenton came out to fix an emergency burst water pipe. Then I haven’t called anyone else but Westplumb for two other occasions. Down to earth friendly and efficient service at fair prices . Thanks again Brenton ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brenton cam out for an emergency call today. The top of an outside tap had blown off and there was a 5 metre high geyser of water exploding all over the courtyard. He was so quick, given he had to finish one job and then travel down to Mt Lawley, replaced the tap very quickly, was drenched in the meantime and remained so polite and cheery through the entire job! I’d like to add that I was so pleasantly surprised with the price. Shocked even! I fully expected to pay at least twice the price for an emergency job on a Saturday, so close to Christmas! Very, very happy and I will definitely use again.

Fair Price(provide a fixed price quote to get job DONE), Professional(other plumbers came and said to me the job can’t be done without evening testing gas pressure, Westplumb Brent came and tested and determined it’s doable) Customer centred(came and help the second day for a small mistake the dishwasher guy made, for free!) Quality work(Brent always uses premium parts and double check the work done) All job supply paperwork and certificate. I can’t think of anything better! Full story: Westplumb was recommended by a local Facebook group, at start I was merely asking Brett to come and quote. I got a fair price when he’s on site and he happened to be free, so I decided to let him do the job. It gives me the right feeling when I don’t have to talk a lot for the right price. Brent is a chilled Aussie block, works like a beast. Fair pricing : I was quoted from other plumbers for 1.3k to 1.5k to replacement my kitchen sink and rebuild water threads. He did a fix price for me for $850, even tho it ended up being a 7 hour job, he has a Fixed Price Policy so you only pay what was agreed. The second day he installed and get rid of the old water system for me, the other plumbers that came and quote demanded me to replace the whole pipe works at my house(quoted me for $2700). After Brett’s calculation he thinks my house is doable with the old pipe work. And get it working within 2 hours! (Power is getting installed by electrician soon, so please ignore the power threads in the photo, it’s only for testing). He also came back for a small mistake my Retravision dishwasher installer guy made, he came and replaced that for me, even though he doesn’t have to, it’s not his mistake at all. It won’t hurt to ask him to come and do a free fixed price quote anyways. Trust Aussies and stay away from dodgy installers.
