We engaged Paul to renovate our bathroom, laundry and toilet recently. He did a fantastic job and the price was extremely good! The work was done to a high standard and everything took 3 weeks from start to finish. Very impressed by the quick turnaround, quality of the work and the professional and super friendly service. Paul and his team also cleaned up at the end of the job and was very considerate of the amount of dust generated as we were living in the house during the renovation. Our experience with Paul was very positive and I would highly recommend him and his team for your renovation works. Thanks for transforming our home Paul!

Paul replaced and relocated our hot water system to conform with current plumbing codes in december when it sprung a leak. We were extremely happy with his friendly manner whilst completing the big job simply and efficiently for a very fair price. Having an old house, we have since called Paul out several times and slowly our plumbing issues are getting sorted from drains to replacing taps and fixing leaks again for very fair prices. We are happy to recommend him the best plumber to call on for any plumbing problems.

I have been using Paul's plumbing services for the last four years. He and Sally provide excellent prompt service and extremely fair quotes. It is also really great to have a tradesperson clean up after themselves, flexibility of being able to pay by EFTPOS on site as well. Cannot recommend them enough! Keep up the great work!

Best trades service I have ever used to date.! I used West Best plumbing & Gas for a recent bathroom renovation, which required many changes to the previous existing layout. Making initial contact was a breeze, Paul took the time on the phone listen to what I was interested in doing in my home then booked me in to come out and assess the work. It was the same when he assessed the job, being extremely thorough in explaining to me everything they would need to do not hesitating to answer any of my many questions. Everyday they turned up on the times given and promptly completed the work to what I would consider a extremely high standard. From start to finish of the job it really was the easiest process of all the trades I required. I would recommend their services to anyone and personally will make them my go to plumbing service for any future work. Thanks all at West Best Plumbing and Gas.!

Where I have requested a particular service they have always recommended cheaper options where they exist. I have never had a need for rework.
