Alex from Watertight was fantastic when we called in for help after we botched our washing machine installation. He came out promptly (25 mins for an issue we could manage with towels while waiting) and was super calm and helpful. After sorting out the water issues quickly, he took the time to install and test our washing machine for us and explain what went wrong & how to avoid in future. Less than an hour later our washing machine is working as intended! Alex was great & I will ring Watertight for my next plumbing issue (although hopefully this will never happen!!).

I had a great experience with Water Tight Canberra from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, clear booking confirmation, service window provided, and they double-checked the address details for my Nishi apartment in advance, which I really appreciated. Andre and his colleague arrived early within the scheduled window, talked me through the agenda on arrival, and completed the work efficiently and professionally. He was friendly, respectful of the property, and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole process felt organised and stress-free.

Liam from Watertight is hands down the best plumber I've contracted. He communicates really well, is punctual with his bookings, and does a comprehensive talk-through of the issues he identifies while showing you exactly what he's referring to. He also recommends the most cost-effective and practical solution. On the last occasion, he identified a misdiagnosed problem from another plumber and fixed the issue for a lower price than they quoted. Highly recommend!

Excellent job from Alex co two nights ago, fixing the pipeline blockage caused by tree roots in the bathroom. He saved my night and day. We were so happy with this plumbing Company, especially Alex with perfect job performance.

Five stars again! Today Andre’ came to sort out my flooded laundry. He was cheerful, efficient and incredibly helpful, identifying the problem promptly and accurately, and explaining to me what had gone wrong and how best to fix it. He even dried everything out for me afterwards and offered to put all the sodden towels in the washing machine. He gave me plenty of time, and at my request serviced the electric water heater as well, replacing two valves. Another win for Water Tight and for me: they are great people and amazing plumbers. I’d also like to add a special shout-out to the Reception Staff, who were so responsive when I rang to advise of my problem, and secured me the first available appointment of the day. A great experience and a great relief to have everything back on track now! Thanks to Andre’ and to everyone at Water Tight. ***** It was lovely to have Nathan and Alex come by today and fix my leaking cistern with their customary expertise and cheerful, efficient service. Thanks so much to you both. I can highly recommend Water Tight.
