We have recently used Jacob from Vicore Plumbing for several jobs now and he completed them all skillfully and efficiently. He also assisted us with the refurbishment of the kitchen and bathroom in a rental investment. Communication with him is easy and he is so friendly, which is such a bonus!

BEWARE! I would not wish for another unsuspecting client to endure what I have gone through. I engaged Jacob (he is the sole plumber at Vicore) to replace a leaking pipe located under my driveway. He requested I pay the full amount of $5,332 upfront. Foolishly I did so. Instead of cutting through the concrete, he started breaking it apart in search of the leak, which he couldn’t locate. I asked him to stop as I could see he was not experienced for this level of work. I consequently engaged another plumbing company, whose team detected the problem and fixed it within half a day, leaving a very neat cut in the concrete, as they used the proper equipment. I was left with half a driveway wrecked, which ultimately had to be removed and replaced by fresh concrete, leaving me with another huge bill. I tried to recover the money paid to Jacob, through lawyers, but he did not respond to the deadline for return of my funds. Jacob, I know you were evicted from your premises and were living in your ute, but it doesn’t give you the right to rip people off. As I told you, I was happy to help you out by letting you keep $2,000 and the rest could have been repaid gradually. Unfortunately, all you did was wreck my driveway and run off with my money.

I have used Jacob from Vicore plumbing numerous times for plumbing jobs big and small. I was most impressed by him. He was on time, friendly, courteous and knew what he was doing. He took utmost care. He got straight into the job and pricing was excellent. I would highly recommend Vicore Plumbing to everyone. I will use Jacob in the future as my plumber. Thank you.

Jacob is easily the best plumber we've ever used and we're so glad we found him! We had serious burst pipe and Jacob was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. He was meticulous in his work, and left the place looking good as new after he was done. On top of everything he is a great bloke, on time and incredibly easy to work with. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
