Extremely positive experience from initial contact with Tyson, to completion of the job. Leaking pipe was fixed within 24 hours of contact and the boys were super professional. With no exaggeration at all, for over 5 years I have been complaining about my tapware not being fit for purpose. The spray of the water that goes outside of the basin with even the most basic of handwashing was beyond annoying. Finally when the builder went into liquidation I was able to have a 'proper' plumber look at it. Now I know I could have, at any time, done this but I didnt... on principle. Having had multiple trades attend and the builder over that 5 years tell me 'that is how taps work' *insert eye roll* finally the team at Ultimate Plumbing validated my experience AND didn't treat me like an idiot. He listened, and sourced a solution. Turns out there had been so many complaints about that tapware, it had been discontinued! So with a new spout I can use my bathroom as intended. I'm so very pleased that instead of having to rip out the whole lot of the tapware a reasonable and effective solution was found. I can not rate highly enough the quality of the work, the respect shown, and the joy at being able to use my taps properly. If I could give a 10 stars I would. I won't be calling any other plumber if I need work in the future. Customer for life. Thank you.

Cant be trusted I received really bad service, my roof had a leak and Insurance sent them out to do a roof report. They said the leak was from debris build up on my roof whirly. I paid them to fix the debris issue they spent a whole 10 minutes on the roof and charged me $330.I then conducted my own spray test only to find out the leak was still there, It was actually a cracked tile they didn't check their own work and when I complained I got excuses for the poor quality service they said running a sprinkler on the roof does not simulate rain...water is water. Furthermore on the initial quote they said my gutters needed cleaning and that would cost $250 more the gutters were high pressured cleaned the week before they attended my property. Very dodgy! I wouldn't reccomend this business at all.
