Customer Reviews
Triton plumbing were very efficient in their contact after my online enquiry. Andrew came and gave a quote after providing a solution to my stormwater pipe issue. Anthony and his offsider came out later that day, dug up the pipe and replaced it, and very neatly replaced the dug up soil. Very impressed, and thankful to now no longer have a flood in my garage
We were so impressed with Harry from Triton. An old pipe at the back of the house had corroded over time and I knew I would need to have it replaced early in the new year - I didn't expect to come home to it spraying water from the split pipe just between Christmas and New year on a 40 degree day, and after hours too. Triton Plumbing and Gas had good reviews so I gave them a call. The lady who answered was lovely, and happy to arrange a plumber for us this evening and would text to let me know when the plumber was on his way. Harry was on time, quoted the price up front, and did a great job to replace the old pipe and install a new tap. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use Triton from now on and will also refer them to any family and friends looking for a plumber. Very impressed. Thank you so much Harry.
Wish I would've read the reviews before engaging their services. Had a leaking water meter and SA water came out and told me it was on the property side. He said its an easy fix but he doesn't have the equipment. I thought to myself that should be a couple of hundred dollars maximum. Called this company and they charged an exorbitant fee of $570 for an hours work! Ludicrous! How can that be justified? And yes I know they tell you up front about the price but what are you supposed to do the problem exist and they're still going to charge you just to come out. You can't win. Why is it that plumbing companies charge more per hour than highly qualified professionals who spend years studying their field? Every time I call a plumber I tremble in fear of what they're going to charge. Are there any plumbers out their who actually offer reasonable prices? I guess when you call a company like this you're paying for all their overheads, the pretty cars and uniforms etc. Next time I'll do my due diligence. Should've known better. Please feel free to use them if you love being bled dry.
Had a new sink and tap installed. Did a great job. Arrived on time, professional, friendly and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves which I was very impressed with. We had a minor issue which Andrew came and fixed up the next day. Great customer service. Very happy with the work done. Would highly recommend.
My air-conditioning was blowing hot air. Other air conditioning specialists wouldn't even reply to my texts. It is the Christmas/New year period, but Harry from Triton came out the next day. Brilliant! Fixed it the same day (and unblocked a drain while he was here for no extra charge). I will definitely use these guys again and I highly recommend. Thanks Harry.
