Installed 2 x new toilet cisterns and serviced a problem shower tap. Arrived a bit early, nice guy, did a very good job, cost reasonable, no complaints. I always use these guys & will continue to.

I’ve worked with this company multiple times and they’ve always done an excellent job. The quality of their work is consistently high, their pricing is very reasonable, and their response time is good as well. What I really like is that they are the least pushy company when it comes to payment — their invoices usually come much later than other companies. Overall, I’m very happy with them and really enjoy working with this company.

Hi, they did a great Job. They had to come back twice, for a faulty faucet+ Purifier unit to install.it was not there fault. We’re very helpful + nice about it. Great job and gave me good advice too. 🙂 , will use TPI plumbing again. Also they came the next day when I booked them, which made us very happy. Thx again for the honest professional job done. ✅. If I could give a negative star review I would. This company is a joke. Failed to attend to my job twice. Cancelled on the day that work was supposed to take place the first time, letting me know in the AFTERNOON that they hadn't even attended. Cancelled the day before the second time they were supposed to attend. Cancellation was due to another job needing "all hands-on deck". If I am booked in first and had been for a long time, why push me back? I thought the issue at my property was urgent! Lack of communication from the director has caused mistrust and their lack of empathy and respect is abysmal. They would not provide a written quote for the job OR even a list of exactly what they were going to do for my property. Tri Plumbing, if you didn't want the job then just say that instead of stuffing customers around. What a waste of time! It could have been fixed by now! Go elsewhere.
