I highly recommend Top to Bottom Plumbing. I had a leak in the roof, and Scott was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the process. Because of the situation, Scott immediately installed a tarp on the roof as a professional temporary fix to stop any further water damage inside my home. Scott was proactive about mitigating damage; he didn't just look for a quick "patch," but was transparent about the need for a temporary solution to protect the property while we coordinate the permanent repair. It’s great to find a plumber who is honest about the process and prioritises protecting your home. Very impressed with the entire process from calling to book, friendly staff and the promptness and communication of arrival of the boys on the day. They were professional, clean and communicated so well the whole time and explained everything simply and in plain talk. Price is absolutely reasonable for the level of service received. Don't risk other dodgy plumbers!

We had Kyle and his offsider come and replace all our plumbing to each and every tap in the house, from the main line in the ceiling down to the taps. We are very happy with the quality of work and now sleep confidently knowing that we will have no more leaks. Fortunately I could replace and repair the Gyprock to keep the cost down. Plumbers good. On time. Tidy and agreeable. Was a minor misunderstanding on an aspect not related to the plumbing but still part of the job of installing a hot water system replacing a worn out Solahart. But it was rectified really quick and with respect and courtesy. And that is the test for the consumer who is not in the industry. Communication was good. Contactable and followed up and got back promptly. Very pleased with Top to Bottom from quote to finish. Would use again and would recommend them.
