Matt stepped in to help at short notice when an issue with our rainwater system left us without water coming in to the weekend. He not only fixed the issue, but took the opportunity to make some improvements to our setup (just in time to catch a decent bit of rain, too). Really happy with the job, price, responsiveness, the whole lot.

Matt at the Plumbing Group responded prompty to my call Saturday evening re a failure of my septic pump-out tank. After discussion, the problem did not require an immediate call out but his guys were there first thing Monday morning to resolve the issue. Full marks for responsiveness, communication and professional service, my experience is that this is a company you can rely on! As was my earlier dealings with them in March 2023 on another matter. Good people!

Dropped everything to help us when the HWS burst open on a Thursday. Installed the new one Friday morning. Had a few issues with the tempering valve and water hammer but they returned the following week to resolve it. Nice people to work with, Matt and Rouen very helpful.
