Absolutely thrilled with Sam and his work. He has made a very stressful situation into a simple and painless time for me. He is a credit t your company and a pleasure to deal with. I liked I was able to speak to Ashlea in your office and the whole experience has been a pleasure - other than spending $6k, but that's life. Absolutely happy with the plumber that came. Sam arrived very quickly and worked for almost 4 hours in the rain to help resolve our issue even though it turned out to be much larger than originally expected (affecting multiple homes in our complex). He left not just our yard but everyone whose yard was affected cleaned and washed. Even though the issue couldnt be resolved (body corporate had to bring in a whole team of people with much more equipment) he kept working until we could at least use our showers and toilets that night which we are all grateful for. Plumbing is never cheap but I didn't once think I didn't get my moneys worth watching him work. Definitely would recommend and use again.
