Incredible service from Jamie Fawcett and a good chat! Jamie was so friendly and up for a chat, and understanding of what happened. Was in/on top of the roof moving a network cable from the kitchen to the garage for my internet and accidentally drilled into a power cable, only realised when I closed everything up and had no power to the dining room and kitchen. Jamie was understanding and explained what might have happened, arrived exactly on time, got on the job and got it all fixed up with no issues. Explained a bit about the business and his grandfather starting the business almost 40 years ago, although it was an emergency and I would have had anyone on the job, I'm glad to have found a family business because I love supporting family businesses and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family and if we have any future issues. Thank you Jamie and the team at Fawcett! Especially (i think) Mark for taking my calls and getting Jamie on-site within an hour or two, excellent service, couldn't be happier.

Michael came out promptly at 7:30 am to replace my kitchen taps , excellent price friendly and efficient. Wonderful job , also thank you to Matt who really was awesome when I called him the night before . This company does put customers first. Highly recommend them .

I have regularly used Fawcett's services for gas heater servicing and more recently, electrical works including fixing an outdoor light that had come loose from its fittings and installing fans. Their service is courteous, prompt and reliable, their tradesmen polite, neat and thorough and their costs very reasonable. Very professional. Can highly recommend.

Matt came out to inspect our leaking air conditioner, and from the very beginning his communication was excellent. He kept us informed about his arrival time and even showed up with a hot coffee. He quickly identified the issue and explained everything clearly and concisely. There was no pressure to proceed with the quoted work, even though it was necessary. Once approved, he completed the job promptly and professionally. The leak is now fixed, and we’re extremely happy with both Matt and the service provided. We would 100% recommend Matt and Fawcett in the future. 😊

Troy, the plumber was very helpful, friendly, reliable and fast and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly and straight on clean and flush the drains. He showed us and told us we he did and have us advice how to maintain our drain clean. He was very helpful and have a done great job. Thank you!
