I was very clear with my instructions and even provided photos which my body corporate forwarded on to Tap & Drain Dr NT, however, the first inspection resulted in nothing being done as they couldn't find a leak - the water leak was so bad that it had been turned off which I advised so nothing visible could be seen. The isolation valve was only a few steps away from the leak, if they turned the water back on it would have been clearly visible. Nothing was reported back to body corporate until they rang directly. Tap & Drain Dr came out the next day and repaired the leak. Unfortunately the water had to be turned on in the meantime as it was a block of units. A lot of wasted water within that timeframe. When Tap & Drain Dr NT returned the next day it was repaired well and the access point concreted over.

The plumber turned up prepared for all 4 tasks and was very efficient. He returned the same day when another leak appeared in the toilet and again had the parts onboard to fix it at no extra call out fee. The overall price for both visits was very reasonable

They managed to squeeze us in and Codey did the work. Cool calm and confident. Very professional and good at their job. Considering our level of angst - they read the room well and did a great job to find and fix the problem with our motorhome fridge. Can highly recommend them to others.
