Second time I've used Tap Doctor.... Fantastic service, prompt response, really competitive pricing and friendly informative staff had a brand new gas 130l hot water service installed within a few hours. My first experience with Tap Doctor they did the job for $4500 less than quoted price from Prouds Plumbing & Gas....!

We suspected an inherent water leak at our premise which led us to use Tap Doctor as we had used them earlier. Jozsef and his team were very professional and traced the leak and recommended we change our existing water heater due to the faulty thermostat and forceable hassles to follow. We put in power points, installed a new heater and upgraded our gas meter. A wee expensive but I hope we stand in good stead in the future. The service provided was prompt, quick and seamless.

Jamie did a fantastic job! Very polite, left the area clean and tidy. Very respectful and professional. Extremely easy booking service. I wanted the job done quickly and he was there on the same day. And very happy with the price, plus no call out fee. Exceptional service. Very happy customer.

Tap doctor has been amazing. It was Sunday when I tried to reach them for an urgent call out to disconnect water from our sink. The receptionist was very kind, polite and communicate clearly. Couldn't remember her name but she gave me James the plumber to do the job. James has been amazing, easy to deal with and very good at what he does. Thank you James. Thank you Tap doctor for responding quickly. Appreciate all your help. Highly recommended.

Twice in the last 6 weeks I have had Frazer and Brandon out digging up my patio for two seperate issues. Not too bad at paving either guys !! 😁 Seriously, if you want not only the job done, but also some good solid old fashioned service, look no further!
