Nick had performed some plumbing rectification work on our rural property in Judbury when we purchased it in 2019. That work solved some complex water capture and storage issues which were bodged by the prior owner. The work was done promptly and thoroughly and has performed flawlessly for six years.This year (2025) we had the main water pump which supplies the whole house from storage failed completely at 4:30pm. This left us with no running water at all for filtered water, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and external taps. Nick sourced a new pump, picked it up and drove forty kilometres to install it in the dark and freezing cold by 8:30pm. Legendary 6 Stars!!

Nick’s work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond shows his commitments to his generational family business and valuable clients. I rang Gaylene in the office and received a warm welcome and friendly chat - Nick arrived on time at my place for a quote - treated me with the utmost respect and provided informative options for my situation, particularly to fit my budget. Nick is open about pricing which is always appreciated and provides excellent value. Nick returned quickly to do my job, again on time, worked expertly and ensured he got perfect results for me - the fittings are exactly right and I’m thrilled to bits with the outcome! If anyone reading this has been delaying consulting a plumber for any reason at all - Nick is your “go to” person who I would extremely highly recommend - he is non judgemental, people focused and always listens. I first used SQuires a couple of years ago and was so impressed by their punctuality, workmanship and cost so, when the toilet cistern started leaking I went straight to them, fixed, no need to replace and again prompt fantastic service and highly recommended.

AMAZING SERVICE - great work done. I had the team run plumbing to an external garage so I could relocate my laundry. Team did a really professional job. The advice I got was well considered and helped me to make an expensive but well-informed set of decisions. The team also figured out why we had no water pressure after 2 other plumbers had missed it. They replaced our hot water system and gave us water pressure akin to a fire hose which was a very welcome change to the trickle of water we had in our shower. Can't recommend the team enough, professional, polite, great communication from the admin team and a really pleasant experience.

Had our HWU moved from the kitchen to a store room in a very old building and am very happy with the service from these guys.
