Rang multiple plumbers on a Saturday, and Lawrence was more than happy to come out within the hour. He spent all day changing my solar hot water over to instantaneous gas, and kept me fully updated throughout the process. Excellent price, excellent service.

Lawrence went above and beyond tonight to help my partner and me with a blocked toilet. I accidentally trapped a toilet cleaner ball inside, and no matter what we tried, we couldn’t remove it. Lawrence stayed incredibly patient and professional, removed the toilet, carefully resealed everything, and solved the problem perfectly without damaging anything or suggesting unnecessary replacements. Where others might have suggested replacing the toilet entirely (and spending a fortune), Lawrence found a way to fix it and saved us time, stress, and money. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who genuinely cares about fixing the issue without overcharging, but Lawrence is exactly that kind of person.
