AVOID AT ALL COST! PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD (they always ask for this) but should read all 1star reviews before using them (my mistake that did not check it out) I engaged this business for a plumbing inspection only at my property. The business advertises an hourly rate of $130 per hour + GST, and "NO" repair work was requested or carried out. The business office is only 400m away from my property which takes around 1min driving. Based on this, I reasonably expected to be charged one hour of inspection only. However, I was later issued an invoice for $297, which included additional charges that I did not agree to.The business initially has asserted that travel time formed part of the charge. I disputed the invoice promptly in writing and clearly advised the business that I would only pay $130+GST for one hour of inspection. Despite this, the business refused to amend the invoice. Importantly, after the invoice was formally disputed, the business proceeded to charge my card for the disputed amount without my authorisation. I have since lodged a dispute with my bank regarding these charges. After few emails disputing their invocie, they offered $40 off which I did not agree but they still charge full amount. I have since had to escalate the matter to Consumer Affairs Tassie. The repair quote provided was also much higher than quotes I obtained from other licensed plumbers. Many reviews also mentioned they highly charged people. This business should be reported by everyone who got same problems dealing with them as this seems to be their parttern of conduct.

We had a problem with our hot water cylinder and had used other plumbers in the past that were only changing one valve and it wasn't the source of our problem. The plumber that attendeded on the day this time located the issue and replaced both valves for us rather than just change the ptr valve again and know it would blow out again. Great service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

In a time of great distress I found Rosetta Group were amazing.. from the first phone call to the completion of the work needed, I found them approachable, friendly,understanding and very professional in every aspect.. The admin understood the task, the plumbers were prompt , and explained each process and my issue was resolved without fuss . I would not hesitate to recommend them .. Thanks guys ....
