We had Lachlan come out for some plumbing work and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure everything was completed to such a high standard. It’s so reassuring having someone who genuinely cares about doing the job properly. A big thank you as well to the admin team who were so lovely and helpful throughout the whole process. They made booking easy, kept us informed, and were always so kind and approachable. Such a positive experience all round, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richmond Plumbing team to anyone needing reliable, quality plumbing!

Excellent service from start to finish. It was not a straight forward job and Tom’s knowledge and experience were extremely noticeable and he explained everything step by step. I was always consulted before any changes were made. The tradies were easy to work with and were respectful of my property and cleaned up well. Very competitive price. I would use them again and highly recommend the Richmond Plumbing team.

What a refreshing change! Zach was so professional and his work was faultless! He was tidy and respectful, honest and reliable. He finished the job in great time.
