Customer Reviews
What great service I got this morning, rang at 7am 03/12/18 and left a message. Within five minutes Reece rang back and we set a time 9am as he was at another job. Reece even rang and said he'd be a few minutes late but arrived just after 9am Our toilet drain had blocked on Saturday but lucky we have a second one, I've used at least five different plumbers over the years and never used any again. Late arriving, didn't ring back, jobs not finished properly, over priced for their work, Never thought I'd find a good one until this morning. Would recommend Reece to everyone at Queensland Plumbing Brendale ,he was punctual , very experienced and gave great advice on what had happened and how to avoid blocked sewer drains. Had high tech camera to feed down pipes, a sonar to view where camera stops under ground at blockage , pressure hose everything to find and fix the problem. Last plumber hired the gear and added to our bill Broken pipes were my worst thoughts but he found the problem and cleared the drains out. Wished I found these guys years ago, I will definitely use Reece again he's a great asset to this company, Customers don't mind paying for quality work and these guys are my pick of plumbers from here on. Try them you won't regret it. Merry Xmas guys and have a Happy New year Gerald and Gaelene
We called Queensland Plumbing out to our home to replace old Galvanized Water Pipes. Chris came out and did a brilliant job, so much better than expected. The work was extremely professional, took half the time we had expected and Chris was friendly and full of advice. We could not have asked for more. Changing the Pipes was one of the best things we have done to our home, looks great (we have a High Set) and the water no longer has that horrible metallic taste and is drinkable. I recommend this to anybody with old Galvanized Pipes. Thanks Queensland Plumbing and thanks Chris, we will definitely be calling again for all of our future plumbing requirements.
Queensland Plumbing has been our plumber for 4.5 years now. We had a water leak in '17 and One provider said we'd have to get a new roof but Reece identified the problem as needing leaf litter removal and a larger overflow outlet. That did the trick and saved us getting a new roof! More recently we've had Josh doing the work and he's been very helpful too.
Do NOT use this company for your plumbing. After the plumber came out for the first visit it took over 6 weeks to get a quote. Even when I accepted the price and arranged for Reece to come out, he wanted to change the time that we had agreed upon. Save yourself a lot of headaches and use someone more reliable and with morals.
Great plumbing company very professional. Cleared our blocked drain and gave me a price to fix the issue very happy with their work. Thank you Reece.
