Since our initial contact, this company has been phenomenal. We have a massive water main leak under our house in multiple locations. Not only was it detected in a timely manner, but the guys were excellent at keeping us informed about what was happening and were mindful of not wasting time and our money. Jessie was fantastic in detecting the location of the broken water main and also a secondary leak. The team works well together in determining how to move forward with repairs. Ours is a major rerun of the water main and will take several days. We are very confident in their ability to provide a quality service. That said, one downside to our experience was the director of the business. We found their communication style aggressive and angry towards staff, which was uncomfortable to witness. Overall, the work and communication from the team on-site have been excellent, and we’d still recommend them based on the service provided.

QLD Coastal Plumbing is a very reliable business. They always manage to get someone to help us when we get a surprise leak or flood in our old building. The plumbers are also so friendly and professional. The office team is super helpful and bends over backwards to get us sorted. You need not look elsewhere =)

Great job by QCP at our house, works included 70+ m ag pipe, and storm water installed. Also installed 3 x inspection pits, plumbed 25mm from sump pump into storm water, and a pressure flow regulator. Also did camera inspections, and emergency call out for burst pipes. Everything done professionally from plumbers onsite, and admin in the office, couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Outstanding service start to finish. The plumber was able to be on site same day. Riley came on time, went out of his way to fix the issue quickly & to a great standard. Great communication about the issue too. We were charged very fairly. Great company. Would highly recommend.
