⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended – outstanding service I had an excellent experience with Professional Plumbing and genuinely couldn’t be more grateful for their service. Brad was incredibly responsive and supportive – he was still replying to my messages as late as 11pm, patiently explaining everything and helping me understand the government rebate options for the hot water heat pump cylinder program. That alone already made me feel very well looked after. The very next morning, Brad and his team arrived on site, carried out the inspection, and managed to complete the installation on the same day. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and very professional. They took the time to clearly explain the warranty details for each component of the heat pump, which gave me a lot of confidence in both the product and the service. Brad is extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He knows how to make customers feel at ease – and not just by words, but through the quality of the work itself. I’m genuinely very satisfied with the result. I would absolutely recommend Professional Plumbing to anyone considering similar work. It’s definitely worth giving this company a try – huge thanks to Brad and his team for their enthusiasm, professionalism, and excellent service.

Brad from Professional plumbing was amazing. He bent over backwards to help us get a tank installed just after Christmas when no other plumber could assist until mid January. This was the first time we had used this company and I was impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and communication. Highly recommend and Brad is my new plumber.

Absolutely stoked with the speedy response by Brad late afternoon on a Sunday. Blocked sewerage on our Air BnB wife overseas and I was 250klm away. Brad had it sorted in 2 hours great comms throughout and followed with comms on Monday to hatch the plan for a permanent fix

Brad was very good at communicating with us and organising the appointment. I appreciated the text message confirming things and to also confirm invoice had been emailed as can end up in junk filter and be missed. Michael was also very professional when he attended to our plumbing issues and was very trustworthy and cleaned up after completion which was appreciated. I would recommend Professional plumbing if you are looking for a professional contractor who arrives on time and repairs the job well.

My wife, who was home during the visit, mentioned how polite and professional the plumber was—true to their name! Their pricing was fair for a call-out, and I appreciated the quick response; I called at 8:30 PM and they were at my house by 10:30 AM the following day.
