They came and fixed broken sewage pipe, used jet and camera to find broken pipe, dug up and replaced, great and polite service, cannot praise them enough. Cam lead us through process with a very professional manner

I was first told they couldn’t attend until late afternoon, but minutes later received a call-back saying they could squeeze me in at 10am. After that, I received repeated texts and calls throughout the day claiming they were delayed but “on the way.” They finally arrived around six hours later, right as I needed to leave for my own job. Under clear time pressure, I was quoted nearly three times the standard market rate, justified with claims about labour and effort. I foolishly signed the contract due to the situation. The reality? The job took exactly 28 minutes to complete. When I later disputed the charge and provided written quotes from other plumbers for the same work, I was offered a 15% discount ($85.96) on the condition that I not publicly discuss or review their practices. I declined the discount, paid the full amount, and am posting this so others aren’t put in the same position.
