Had a leak in my utility room and Mason came out to fix it, honestly such a good experience. He arrived on time, quickly worked out what was causing the issue, and got it sorted without any drama. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was happy before leaving. He also left the space clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. Really reliable and easy to deal with. I’d definitely use the company again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Patrick, Tony and Caleb did an awesome job relocating a gas outlet. The team at Plumbwell Plumbing are always professional, super friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any job. I will certainly use them for jobs in the future.

This is a long review but in summary I can highly recommend Sam and his team for bigger and smaller jobs; they are pleasant to work with, have can-do attitude and will find a solution for any price range. In Nov 2024 after heavy rain I requested Sam to come and have a look at our stormwater drains that were overflowing. In few days Charlie came over with cameras and discovered that we actually didn’t have any stormwater drains at all - they were just holes in the ground. Charlie asked if I wanted an interim solution or to do a bigger renovation. We chose the latter after seeing Charlie’s thorough diagrams. As we had just done landscaping for the front yard, Charlie found solutions to preserve as much of the new garden as possible. The plants that they had to pull up, they tried to preserve for replanting, which goes to show how much they care. Few weeks after the renovation you couldn’t really tell anything had been dug up in the garden. During the works, everyone was so nice and considerate, I think Sam only hires pleasant people! Everything happened exactly as planned and on schedule. Last day was reserved for cleanup and afterwards the side of the house that was previously overgrown with weeds, was now neatly just gravel. Concrete was poured to match the existing one as well as possible. I received photos of all the works for my reference. I’ve waited for some time to do this review as I wanted to see how the drains were performing. I didn’t know how much I enjoy listening and seeing the stormwater being directed away from the house! They did a great job. I have since used them for a kitchen sink replacement and to add one down pipe. Both works were completed by Michael who is such a nice guy and excellent at what he does. It’s nice to find people whose expertise you trust, who are nice and punctual and competitively priced.
