We had Billy from Perth Plumbing Bros team come out to replace our toilet and we were really impressed. He was punctual, friendly, and did a great job from start to finish. I don’t usually write reviews, but after using Plumbing Bros for the third time I felt it was important to support a local company. The latest job from the first call through to completion, the service was professional, punctual, and transparent. The plumber Matt arrived on time, clearly explained what the issue was, discussed options for renewing my old plumbing before starting work, and everything was done to a high standard. The work area was left clean, and there were no surprises with pricing. Looking through the reviews had a good laugh, it seems some people don't like accepting the reality of plumbing work or compliance requirements. If your plumbing is 30-50 years old dont expect no hidden issues when your walls opened up. I appreciated the honesty from Plumbing Bros and the fact they wouldn’t cut corners.

Didn’t perform the work as per the quote, then tried to take a little amount off after months of complaints. Didn’t bring the people on the quote, didn’t supply the time on the quote and didn’t really perform the work as I originally requested. Now I have to just wait for this problem to come around again adding stress every day, instead of doing the job properly… not advised at all. There is a way of doing beg a job properly that’s meant to last, not half a job and it’ll do… yes there is plenty more 50yr old pipe under those tiles now…
