I have used Tom for all my plumbing needs during and after my renovation. He is very knowledgeable, professional and does quality work. He is also very reasonably priced and goes out of his way to get to your job as quickly as he can.

Tom provided an excellent plumbing service in replacing my old hot water system. He explained in detail all compliance requirements and costs for the job very clearly, and got to installing my new system the very same day! Tom arranged a meeting with me yesterday after l contacted him regarding my gas hot water system. I explained what l wanted and he chased up a replacement unit and accessories. He and his mate returned yesterday afternoon installed the unit and new taps etc. Explained to me what he was doing, tested and adjusted the gas flow with the other gas appliances. The installation was spot on, cleaned up the site and the final cost was quit reasonable will definitely use Tom again for any plumbing or gas issues. Alex Jones

13.7.23.Thomas and Eli came saw, suggested the best solution for the best price. When many other local plumbers heard about the roots in a storm water pipe to the street over the phone. These other company's wouldn't even come to look or quote. And the ones that did wanted 100 bucks to show up. Yes really. All it took was two visits one to assess the problem. And the second to remedy our problem. They made it so easy. I can confidently recommend this fine company to any one that requires professional work done to the best standard for a reasonable prices. This company is a rare commodity these days and an example to many of those multinationals out there that ripp of the disadvantaged and the elderly in our community. If you want it done right then give Thomas's and he's friendly crew at Plumber and Reno Rat's a go. They fixup what those other company's FUP.
