Plumbdog is a very well-organised and professional company. After calling them on Sunday morning, I received a confirmation text and they arrived right on time. James was very trustworthy and professional. He carefully checked the problem, explained everything clearly, and provided a quote before starting the work. He did an excellent job fixing the blocked kitchen sink and made sure everything was clean afterwards. He even cleaned inside the sink and left the area very tidy. I felt so relieved once the sink was working properly again. Thank you so much for the great service!

Recently we had Evan from Plumbdog come and sort a problem we’ve put up with for years. We had uninsulated water pipes thru the roof space making our cold water super hot for many mins during summer. Evan was very efficient getting a quote for us and on the day of the work, arrived when expected and got it done in less time than quoted. Very pleasant to talk to and happy to recommend.

Plumdog as a company have been fantastic - the reception staff, the person who came out to do the job and the follow up response to further queries were all efficient, polite and helpful. Most importantly, when I had a further problem it was sorted as quickly as possible by Evan, with help and information that really went beyond just good service. Evan did more than necessary to make sure I understood the issue and what all my options were.
