I don't understand the poor reviews. Friendly, honest, perfect communication, best price, and outstanding work. Very much an 'old fashioned service' experience. Was recommend by a family member and I would have no hesitation recommending to anyone.

We've been renovating our bathroom and ensuite. Glen showed up on time and re directed shower plumbing and stayed for an extra job of the drainage for our showers and installed the shower bases. Installed our toilets as well. The main bathroom, he needed to cut out flooring to climb under the house, neat job and amazing service! Great job done, we highly recommend this plumber for all your plumbing needs.

Terrible Experience!!! While the plumbing work was completed to a good standard, I was extremely disappointed with the billing practices. I was charged for 5 hours plus materials, which included travel time, time spent discussing the job, and wrapping up, not just the actual work performed. This felt misleading and unfair. Future customers should be very cautious about the way time is charged. I will not be using this plumber again.

As a result of post operation problems, I needed to renovate one of my bathrooms to be user-friendly in regard to my physical needs. Petterd's Plumbing could not have been more helpful. They took note of what I wanted, made practical suggestions which either saved me money or improved on my ideas and the end result was fantastic. At a busy period Petterd's were able to quickly and effectively fix my problem. Another expensive, wasteful and ineffective plumber a few months before was a total waste of time and money. Glen at Petterd's called twice to make (then confirm) a time he'd be here, then proceeded to start immediately. The job wasn't an easy one but it was finished in a friendly, efficient and timely manner. Definitely #1 on my plumber call list now.
