Guest in my Airbnb reported a block drain on New Year's Day. I tried to call several plumbers who advertise 24/7 Emergency call outs but Cliff was the only one who responded. He was there in an hour and sorted the problem before my guests even returned from their day out and he only charged a reasonable fee for the call out. That is good service in my book!!!

To lower 2.5 metres of gas pipe by 12 cms to ground level and replace a capped off tee junction with an elbow took 5.75 hours during which I could hear minimal activity and cost $780. 3km from CBD. came 3 weeks later than promised. No reply when I questioned the bill.The facts. The judgment is all yours

Not a very good experience with cliff hasn't been to give a quote asked a few questions about converting a heater then I didn't want to sell him my gas heater so now I am getting an account to pay with no work done at all and no mention of wanting any money about the questions I asked about conversions NOT A VERY GOOD OUTCOME not recommended
