We have used Oceanside Services for many years and have always found them 5 stars. Recently I needed to use their electrical services on an issue at our property and I could not fault them. This plumbing company was subcontracted by our roofing company. During their time onsite, the professionalism and attitude was disappointing and made us feel uncomfortable. They advised urgent works were required and promised to send through a quote. When I followed up, the phone interaction was argumentative and defensive, which was completely unnecessary. Communication and customer service were well below expectations. We would NOT recommend. Have since heard of many other negative reviews from other previous customers too. They are super overpriced, only care about their pockets.

We’ve used Oceanside Plumbing for both our home and business over the years. Recently, we had to replace laundry taps when they installed just under four years ago, which was disappointing given it is the sink used least. We didn’t expect that level of wear so soon and felt the product quality should have lasted longer. It was an unwelcome $570 invoice (which was slightly discounted by the manager after expressing our dissatisfaction). Based on this experience, I’d recommend asking questions about the quality and durability of the products being installed.
