I asked this company to attend our rental property to fix a blocked toilet. The plumber attended and fixed the problem or so I thought. It wasn't fixed so I rang again to ask if the problem could be sorted. Whoever answered the phone was so rude and condescending. I merely rang to ask if the problem could be attended to again and I got a mouth full of abuse. Totally unacceptable to treat a customer like that. I now use a different company that treats customers with respect so in a way it has worked out so much better for us.

I couldn't thank James enough last night he done a fantastic job in the dark not to mention how cold it was. Thank you for sending him he was very polite and was happy to have a chat throughout the time he was here and gave me a few good tips I would definitely give him a 5/5 very nice young man. There simply isn’t a better team. Courteous, professional, confident, providing clear and accurate information on permits/ approvals and regulations, quick and efficient on site and just a pleasure to deal with. Do not bother going anywhere else. These folks are marvellous.

I was so very grateful for the young plumber who attended to fix (replace) bathroom taps. His expertise with guiding me through what needed to be done and his lovely nature made for a very pleasant experience by someone (me) who knows nothing more about taps other than water comes out of them. And my education is now complete because now I know that not all taps have washers 🤷♀️. Who would have thought 🤣

They were asked to stop leaky taps in kitchen and bathroom and one outdoor tap. To my surprise they just replaced the whole tap assembly for the bathroom sink and they must have been cheap and nasty. The hot water tap leaked worse than before they started. I messaged the contact I had that evening and never heard back. Just received an invoice a week later.
