Called on a Saturday to arrange for cleaning of a blocked drain. Was told plumber would call me back. Never heard anything. Called back. A thousand apologies will get the plumber to call. Again, nothing. Seems that 24/7 is a fiction. Disappointed as Nujet had, in the past, been very efficient. No longer it seems.

We’ve experienced drain blockages 3 times in the past few years as we are in an area with 1800s plumbing. These blockages all seem to happen at night or on weekends but when we call Nu-Jet in each time they’ve always been very responsive, prompt and great with communications. This meant we avoided interior flooding each time. Very thankful to have the Nu-Jet team keeping us out of trouble.

Nu -Jet services ,Very expensive , didn't say there would be a Hefy call out fee for something that took 20 minutes of so called location and find fault. I knew where the leak was and showed the dude so location finding not necessary , as to using the camera to find where the issue was it was a waste of time as camera was no ineffective could see a thing he said so dude just told me a collapsed pipe and left , I dug up the pipe in question and found out that is was a blockage so I repaired it myself instead of a surprised $1500 to $2000 quote as a guesstimate. Rang them up to query the invoice call out cost and was told it is there standard rate ? Which I was Not told of in initial contact , it was $300. Zero stars for 20 minutes..... 🤨

I've used these guys a few times over the years to unblock a few drains where I've had a problem with roots and they've always turned up promptly and done a good job. Prices are comparable with other plumbers (maybe a fraction cheaper) but the main advantage has been how quickly they've booked me in, a few others I'd tried in the past gave me times like 2-5 days which is a bit long to not use the dunny.

Nu-Jet's Zack and Peter were round today to fix a long standing issue with a shoddy long ago plumbing fix. These two gents were just fantastic!! Worked hard and efficently, explained what was needed. The backfilling at base was wonderful as was the remaining backfill. Then the two spead imported high quaity topsoil across the distrebed area - including their truck and excavator tracks - seeded the area and provided ongoing advice. Great, jobs, Gents!!
