After a year-long lap around Australia, we expected to come home to a cup of tea and maybe a pile of mail, not a hidden pipeline leak lurking inside a wall like a villain in a bad soap opera. Our tenants had left us a surprise worthy of an awards ceremony, and within minutes we were in our swimmers, hauling up carpet in the adjacent room like contestants on The Block, knowing full well this leak was going to play hard to get. Enter Daniel Lewis, Service Manager at No Probs Plumbing, the calm in our plumbing storm. A couple of hours after my panicked call, Daniel arrived, tools in hand and confidence levels set to “Don’t worry, I’ve seen worse.” He ran a pressure test, confirmed a 1.7‑litre‑per‑minute leak on the cold water line and then used infrared like some kind of plumbing CSI to pinpoint the culprit just centimetres below the shower taps. Tiles were broken, the leak was exposed, and within hours the tap was fixed. No drama. No fuss. No “sorry mate, we’ll have to come back next week.” Just competence, clarity, and a sense of humour that kept us from crying into our soggy underlay. And Daniel didn’t stop there — he gave us solid recommendations for tilers, plus advice on when we could safely tackle the adjacent room and hallway floor panels. It felt less like dealing with a tradie and more like having a project manager, therapist, and plumbing wizard rolled into one. This is how business should be done. From the 1st phone call enquiring about a home filtration system to the finished job, I was so impressed with No Probs. Jacob the installer of the system was prompt, polite very knowledgeable and left the site spotless My only regret is I didn’t install one earlier my whole house loves it ! Being able to drink from the tap, soft on the skin, no more calcium build up in the showers even the clothes are softer ! Could not recommend No Probs and a home filtration system any higher. Thanks again 💦

I required a water filter to be installed under my kitchen sink. No Probs plumbing were very easy to contact, consultation appointment organised & arrived right on scheduled time. Jacob gave me notice before he came which is good ,he is working fast and quiet with confidence. I am pleased that he listened to my concerns and had stocked the things I wanted in the work car so he is able to start the work straight away. He cleaned up before he left which mean less work for me. One suggestion： if he would ask me first about my preferred height before he installed the new shower head.
