Customer Reviews
Absolutely awesome plumber who attended and did the job. Left the bathroom and shower area in better state than it was originally and loved the new dunny and shower
My family has entrusted Network Plumbing for as long as I can remember. I value their compassion and kindness. They are always able to efficiently devise plumbing solutions to meet our needs in a prompt and professional manner. I am forever grateful to the team. I highly recommend them. Janet O'Donnell
This morning my blocked drains were attended by Andrew, Liam and Matthew. They are very friendly and genuine people who can be trusted. They did a great job, changed the old terracotta sewerage pipe to new pvc line. Very courteous. Well behaved. Did the job well.
Spencer was fantastic. Although the quote to fix our toilet was a bit out of our price range, he still took the time to explain the problem, talk us through what needed doing, and advise which parts to source. Really honest, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. Very grateful and would definitely recommend.
I’m very disappointed with my experience dealing with Brendan from Network Plumbing. Technicians attended my property but the area was not left properly cleaned. A neighbour later raised concerns with council, and I received a call the same day advising that sewage could potentially enter waterways and that the issue needed to be addressed. As I am not a plumber, I provided the council with the company’s details so they could discuss the matter directly. Following this, I was uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. I felt pressured regarding further work, and I was not satisfied with the communication or the way information about my matter was discussed. As a result of this experience, I chose to obtain alternative quotes and proceeded with another provider whose pricing was approximately $6,000 lower. Unfortunately, this situation caused unnecessary stress and urgency. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.
