These guys both Kent and Claude who attended to rectify the issue were both efficient and professional. They quickly responded, assessed and gave a reasonable estimate. They did not exaggerate the problem and was honest. I am very pleased with their service especially when compared with what I had to put up with the previous company 'Cool Air'. I would definitely recommend the Neighbourhood Plumbing for Evaporative cooling and other Plumbing issues for their 5 Star service.

Hasn't been easy to find a good plumber these days! Luckily I called up Neighbourhood Plumbing for a blocked sewer. Michael came to do the inspection, he was really helpful with coming up with the solution to the issue we had. He is very professional, friendly and reliable and takes the time to explain the issue and how to sort it out in the most economical way, he even offered to replace one of the small part on the drain pipe for us which wasn't related to the main work, extra work for him and bonus for us! Also must give credit to the staff Marcus and Joe who came to do the pipe liner work, they are friendly, professional and efficient, leaving everything tidy with no mess after completion of the job. They were a pleasure to deal with and I was happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I’m really impressed with the service. Fadi and Ameer were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem and walked me through the repair, and completed the work efficiently. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. Excellent customer service—highly recommend!
