I had an excellent experience with Chris. He responded quickly to an emergency situation and handled everything professionally. he was very friendly, informative and clearly knowledgeable about his work. the service was completed efficiently and to a high standard, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his service to anyone needing a reliable plumber. he also will service all your Gas and air conditioning needs.

Excellent service. Good explanations about the work, before, during and after. Chris is obviously experienced and very professional. Also, good communication about when he would be here. Our childcare centre’s air conditioner failed to keep the children’s classroom at a safe temperature during the heatwave. We had to call parents to collect their children early. I called Chris and he responded immediately by attending within a couple of hours. He identified the problem of an ageing unit and by agreement he installed a new unit the following day. Incredible service, professional attitude, great communication and a friendly manner. We are incredibly grateful that the children and staff can now look forward to safe and cool conditions. I highly recommend this company.

Emailed chris at 10pm at night re requiring a plumber. He replied immediately. An arranged to phone me next morning. Which he did He gave me the time frame he was coming to fox the leaking tap. Kept in contact with me by phone during the day. Phoned me to say he would be at my place in 30 mins. Arrived early fixed leak and replaced tap in kitchen. Also checked water pressure. He told us about a control valve that all houses have know to cut water pressure down. We asked for a quote he gave us a quote. We decided to have it done. Chris also put valve on water meter whilst here. Very happy with his service will be using him in future for our plumbibg needs. Gas fitting needs and Refrigeration needs. I was disappointed with Need it Now Plumbing, Gas & Air. Post Evap Service I woke to a large bang due to one of the Evap Panels falling off onto the roof as it was not correctly reinstated. I also requested a ball valve replacement but a ball valve with flow restrictor was installed which resulted in no water flow to the Evaporative cooling unit which I have since rectified. When I reported the issue I was told that it would take 5 days for it to be addressed with 38 degree weather on the horizon.
