Five star rating on Google is absolutely true. Booked day and time convenient to working schedule. Grant (plumber) came on time and very professional. Came to check out flexible hoses and advised that they were all like new, and nothing required replacing. Their recommendation was for 12 monthly check. Would not hesitate to use company again.

James and his apprentice, were punctual, polite and very professional. These two gentleman, went over and beyond to assist me and fix the plumbing issue, that we had with our kitchen sink drain. I highly recommend these tradesmen and I am very impressed by their work and professional and friendly nature. Will definitely be using Mitchell Plumbing and Gas’ services again, when required.

Had a kitchen sink replaced, great experience from start to finish. The quoting and scheduling process was smooth, they arrived on time, and the work was done efficiently. James was respectful, professional, and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Horrible communication. Called at 4 pm. Said would call back ASAP. Did not answer any phone calls when trying again. Provided quote which required a signature and when clarifying that this would be for a call out today, said no. Edit: Got a call from owner regarding the above review. Tried to rectify the situation but we have already gotten our plumbing issues fixed. Said he would speak to the staff member involved. I appreciated the phone call although it hasn’t changed our experience. Hopefully this feedback will be used to effect some meaningful change. Changed from 1->2 stars
