Needed water hook up for fridge and water/drain hookups installed for clothes washer. Aaron did quality work. He explained everything he was doing, cleaned up after, and fully tested everything for functionality and leaks. Price was fair for the work done. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend Melbourne Plumbing Co if you want a job to actually be completed. Our experience with them has been immensely frustrating. Back in September 2025, they advised the works would take 2-4 weeks. It is now February and our garden is still a mess and the job unfinished. They have promised twice now that it would definitely be done by the end of the week. It is still not done all these months later! They simply rarely turn up to do any of the work. Saw them once this week. It is apparent they have another job going and ours is not their priority, despite the tens of thousands of dollars they were paid to do the job. It has caused us great inconvenience and the extensive delay has also cost us considerably financially too. Christian, are you ever going to actually finish the job in Sunshine North? I'm not usually keen to leave negative reviews, but this is just beyond a joke. I just want it finished.

Five stars no doubt had an urgent situation midnight and called, the conversation was so friendly and warm. And ditto to the service and the plumber (sry don’t remember his name ah) :) Definitely gonna recommend!

Do not use this company. It cost me a $1000 to fix a cold shower in my apartment. The shower leaked after the repair and was still cold. Building management fixed the problem at no cost to me. Melbourne Plumbing wanted to charge me to fix a problem they caused.

They came out to fix a leaking issue and were excellent, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of their work was outstanding. I’d absolutely recommend them
