Highly Recommend – Honest, Professional, and Generous with His Time I contacted Matt via an online form over the weekend, requesting a follow-up on Monday to avoid weekend rates. To my surprise, Matt got back to me promptly over the weekend and scheduled a visit for Monday, exactly as requested. In the meantime, our gas hot water system (a 10-year-old Rheem) started working again, but Matt still came out as planned. He spent a generous amount of time inspecting the unit, talking through the issues we'd experienced, and offering clear, honest advice on whether we should replace it now or wait. He didn't push for an immediate replacement and instead suggested we monitor it a bit longer to see if it had any life left. Most notably, Matt did not charge for the visit or his time, which we were extremely grateful for. He also provided a quote for a replacement unit, which we found to be very competitive. When the time comes to replace the system, we’ll absolutely be calling Matt. It's rare to find tradespeople who are as honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused as Matt. Highly recommended.
