We discovered a blockage which was after hours, spoke with Mario who diagnosed the situation over the phone to save us an after hours call out fee. His team was then there first thing in the morning and cleared the blockage no hassles at all. A tough job made to look easy as they had all the necessary tools. Would highly recommend and will certainly use Mario and his team again.

Friday night started having issues with my rain water tank. The pump going off every few minutes. There was clearly a leak somewhere but I couldn't figure it out. Called Mario Saturday morning and he was here, fixed it within minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you Mario! Appreciate you helping me out

Outstanding This was our second experience with Craig from Mario’s both were an absolutely delightful experience. Our toilet started leaking just days before Christmas when we had hordes staying. It would have been ugly. The toilet is an imported Italian product and parts can be difficult. Craig had it fixed in 2 hours to our satisfaction and is coming back next year to do some unrelated work we have identified
