Customer Reviews
I had tree roots growing through my grey water drains which Luke sorted out within 2 days of me calling him. I had to leave a key out for access. Very trustworthy, invoice was fair for the quality of work. Showed up on time, didn’t leave a mess and made sure the place was locked up and secure. Got him back to replace the compromised drains. Same thing, trustworthy, priced fairly and left the place neat and tidy.
I live on a survey-strata subdivided lot and my lot neighbour's builder has been doing earthworks and blocked the joint sewer. I had a plumber (not Luke) charge me $739 only to inspect my side and tell me he couldn't find the blockage. Luke not only found the cause of the blockage (broken inspection ports that were filled with sand) and repaired everything, but sent me a 20+ page report with many photos detailing the blockage and repair and has fully advocated that my neighbour should reimburse me for this repair. Luke also fixed my leaking hot water unit valve for $150 when I had been quoted $840 from another plumber!! I highly recommend Luke and his team for any of your plumbing needs.
Luke Brown Plumbers & Gasfitters provided exceptional service to our complex during a very stressful situation. They came out on a Sunday afternoon immediately after a freak storm, when our discharge pumps had failed and the lower level of our complex was flooding. Luke and his team responded quickly, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and rectified the situation without delay. They were fast, friendly, and highly professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their willingness to explain exactly why the issue occurred and to answer all of our questions in a clear and reassuring way. We were extremely impressed with their responsiveness and expertise and would not hesitate to recommend Luke Brown Plumbers & Gasfitters for plumbing work.
Luke and his team were excellent at fixing the water in gas pipes situation at our place. They attended to it as soon as they could and spent the day on repairs. Their communication was superb and would highly recommend them to get the job done efficiently and effectively. The showers also work better than ever now - so thank you!
Best plumber in town - Luke came to the rescue to fix a burst pipe hidden in my patio area. He made what felt like an overwhelming situation a breeze. He provided not only fast and efficient service, rectifying the issue promptly but left the area as clean and undisturbed as when I had left for work that morning. Luke was reassuring and proactive in all his communication. I am so grateful for his work and service!
