First called out to attend a slight emergency (gurgling, slow flush and suspicious odour throughout 2 story home). Found the issue - roots! Needed to do a 'remove and replace' of movement and root damaged joint pipes, located close to council pipes. Operational for a few days, then back again to literally get to the root of the problem. Resolution - professional and quick. Due to the nature of our late 1980's plumbing, slope and large Poinciana tree, care was taken, the correct tools used to neatly excavate (almost artistically) and subsequently replace the soil while keeping the tree -was outstanding. Thanks to Kyle, Jack and Jason. Job well done.

I had some very successful work done on our sewage pipe by PRB. It was an overall good experience. We had our usual plumber out from LJM plumbing to clear the drain and they advised us the best way moving forward would be to reline the split drain pipe under the floor of our toilet. This made much more sense than ripping the tiled floor up to access it. Will recommend to others

I would like to thank Andy and Ethan for the exceptional work done today on our outdoor bath plumbing and instantaneous hot water. They were both prompt, efficient and professional in their work and demeanour. My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the work and this is why we have only dealt with LJM Plumbing. 2 of our previous jobs have been handled by LJM and we are insistent that only this firm handles all of our gas and water jobs. LJM Plumbing recently completed a stormwater drainage solution in our yard, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, with Amy going above and beyond to answer several of my questions before the work even began. The attention to detail and quality of work were exceptional. The team worked in extremely hot conditions without compromising on professionalism or results. They installed a system using mostly 300 series pits and 150mm pipe, and the outcome was fantastic. A special shoutout to Jase, who was an absolute weapon on the digger! He did an awesome job scraping and leveling the back corner of our yard to perfection. Jackson did a fantastic job quoting and also made a call to upgrade the one pit to a 450 after seeing some video footage of how the water behaves in our yard. I highly recommend LJM Plumbing for their friendliness, expertise, and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Thank you to the whole team involved.
