My ensuite basin was draining very slowly and the toilet not flushing properly so I phoned Steve for help. My call was answered promptly and within 2 hours Steve had someone there for me and the blockage was quickly detected and cleared. Upfront costs were explained so no nasty surprises! Very reasonable price too and all my (many) questions were answered. I was very impressed by the courteous and professional service offered and would have no hesitation in giving Kennedy Plumbing and Gas my highest recommendation. Many thanks.

Steve came out to help investigate a leak we had in the ceiling and discovered a pressure relief valve which was inexplicably (to me) sited inside the roof (there was also one attached to the hot water tank outside on the roof). I found Steve to be very responsive to our enquiry and clearly outlined the issue and resolution. His price was extremely reasonable and the work carried out very quickly.

Steve arrived to fix a blocked sewer that was causing effluent to flow onto my drive less than one hour after I rang him on a Saturday. The problem was quickly identified, explained and rectified. A great relief in several respects and the price seemed reasonable considering what was involved and the fact that it was a Saturday. Definitely recommended.
