The young fella (really wish I could remember his name) from JML Plumbing & Gas, phoned ahead, arrived when he said he would, worked fast, did a good job and charged me a reasonable fee. He explained the work to me, and talked through what he’d done when he finished. He also seemed genuinely happy to be working for the company, and talked up the business philosophy and values. I’ve been using JML for a while now. I feel really happy to recommend it as a local business that employs good people, and provides a professional, fast, high quality service for a price that seems fair.

We had a reverse cycle installed in our bedroom. Although someone came out to quote, on the day we had to discuss major changes to how it would be installed, which was fairly stressful to navigate. The installers were courteous and the company is coming back to fix issues with the condensate drain and uneven bracket. However, the job ended up being a simpler side entry instead of the quoted up-and-over, and some mess was left behind (wire insulation, packaging, metal offcuts). When I raised the price difference, the response was defensive, which left me disappointed despite the system working.

I recently used JML Plumbing & Gas, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient, and friendly. The team arrived right on time, explained the work clearly, and got everything sorted without any hassle. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and even cleaned up after themselves — something you don’t always see! The pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of workmanship was top-notch.

A client of mine moved into their new property. There were some severe leaks from the shower on the second floor. JML were able to get there same day, send up the camera, use the dye in the water to pinpoint the problem. There was much relief to have the issue identified and they were able to assist with a course of action. The fix was not something they could do, but they recommended another company who were better place to resolve the issue. Pure class!

Had a great experience using JML, they came quickly and the plumbers were friendly and kept me in the loop the whole time. They also were also a lot more affordable than other companies I’ve used and weren’t pushy or sales hungry. I would highly recommend JML for honest and reliable plumbing 👍
