Customer Reviews
James has done a few jobs for us over the last few years from fixing tap leaks to changing over cracked toilets! Really happy with his work and great communication, he always tries to fit us in for a job. Have seen the amazing bathroom renovations he has done and now want to book him in to do our bathrooms! Definitely recommend JMACK Plumbing!
JMACK Plumbing could be the world’s best plumber. Fast. Efficient. Turns up when they say they will and gets the job done!! Could NOT be happier with this company and their work, which happened to be outstanding. I had an entire roof of blocked downpipes and James go it sorted quick and easy, no fuss, no problems at all. He also did it so close to Christmas he easily could have said no and he has most likely saved water damage to my house by his commitment to service. I could not rate James and JMACK PLUMBING any higher. 100 stars A+++++++++++++. The only good thing about plumbing issues in future would be that I know I can call JMACK
I highly recommend James at JMack Plumbing for anything plumbing related. Not only is he honest and gives open advice about what would be best, he is fast and competitive. Each time i have reached out to JMack, they have been right onto the issue and had it fixed much faster than i could have anticipated, organizing all aspects and trades as needed. Looking forward to using JMack for some bathroom reno's in the future, not just plumbing emergencies!
I can highly recommend James from JMACK plumbing. I had a leaking electric hot water system which required replacing. He gave good, honest advice over the phone, quoted very quickly within the timeframe he had promised, and was very competitive in pricing compared to other local plumbers. He communicated very well and turned up when promised. James was very accomodating and made sure the location of piping etc was as per my requirements and I was very happy with his workmanship. When it became apparent the new unit would require some additional electrical work beyond connect/disconnect, he communicated what was was required very clearly, quickly organised an electrician to do the work that afternoon, and followed up to ensure the work was completed. Very happy with JMACK, they will be my first call in future for any plumbing work in Townsville.
I have used James at JMACK Plumbing for a few years now in both a professional (Property Manager) manner and personal. James was always very prompt and professional, and his work was always of a high standard. I engaged James to do a full bathroom renovation on our property as well as a full kitchen and laundry reno on our investment. We could not be happier with his service. Highly recommend.
