Jackson & Cooper are my go to plumbers. Both the office staff and plumbers are great people, who pride themselves on quality service. Jackson & Cooper deliver where others fail. They are responsive and turn up when they say they will. They do quality work and keep the customer informed along the way. They also consider price an work with the customer to find the best outcome to keep costs down. I could not be more pleased and thankful for their continued service.

Furious. Called Jackson and Cooper plumbing yesterday and made an appointment for someone to come and unblock my toilet today. My only window of opportunity in the middle of my shift pattern. Ate and drank nothing all day so I wouldn't need to use the toilet. Never left the house all day. At 5pm, I called to ask if they could give me an estimate on when the plumber might arrive. The lady I spoke to seemed unaware I even had an appointment. She said she'd call me back. 20 minutes later I called her. She told me they were stuck on a job and wouldn't get here today. NOT HAPPY. Hungry, thirsty, in dire need of a wee and needed to get to Woolies to get lunches for next 2 days at work. A PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. It would have been professional, and I could have used the public toilets in town. She suggested I leave a key out tomorrow for a complete stranger to come into my home to fix it while I was at work. SERIOUSLY? She could get someone out on Saturday, my next day off but that would be at weekend rates. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! She eventually told me she realised I was just getting frustrated with her and said it was best to end the call, which she did. NO SHIT!!! At no time was I abusive or rude to her. Will NEVER call them again.

Jackson and Cooper have been amazing. They not only did an excellent job with the plumbing works but also gave excellent recommendations for the other necessary trades we need to finish our job.

My family and I have been using J&C Plumbing for years, and it's been a seamless experience. I just send a message to Danielle or give her a call, and she knows exactly what needs to be done. The service is super quick, often on the same day. We're happy to wait because they're reliable, prompt, and deliver excellent service, even on busy days. No complaints – just compliments!
