Had Horncastle Plumbing come out to replace the hot water system. Maeve was our Plumber and was amazing to deal with, was very professional and efficient. We were quoted a fair price and that’s exactly what we paid, would recommend Horncastle to anyone who needs plumbing work done and will be my go to in future!

Today we requested your services to repair a concerning gas leak at our home. A booking was made for the same day and within 2 hours we had a plumber on site. She (Mave) was very skilled and had a friendly easy manner with excellent communication about all details we required. Her diagnostics were thorough and within the hour identified the source of the leak to be with the gas supply company thus saving us further unnecessary expenditure. The gas company also arrived within an hour or so and promptly changed the leaky gas meter. We consider the service we received from Horncastle admin and the tradesperson to be excellent in every respect enabling the leak to be repaired in under a day.

My experience with Horncastle plumbing has been nothing short of amazing. They were very professional and excellent at customer service. Pleasant to deal with and nowhere near being pushy. While working at my new property they even went out of their way to fix some loose ends left by the builder. Overall if I could, I would have given them 10 stars instead of 5. Definitely recommend them.

I am so grateful that I chose this business to install my 2 bidets! The previous company I asked advised me a more expensive alternative despite showing them the Watermark certification of the bidets I bought. I even checked it online & confirmed that it’s totally legit. With Horncastle Plumbing, they checked my bidet model number & Watermark certification, replaced parts that they think would be better than the ones included in the kit, properly checked water pressure & advised to have it fixed & gave me a fair quote. To top it off, Maeve did a wonderful job doing all the plumbing works. 😆 Now I’m a happy client with a refreshing toilet! 😆😆😆 Again, many thanks to Horncastle Plumbing.
