I had a fantastic experience with local WIZARD and aircon tech Joseph from Good Maintenance. He was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, clearly explaining the issues with my existing units. He performed a full hydro service clean on our upstairs unit and the difference is night and day—it's running better and colder than ever. I wish I had before pics because the amount of gunk he cleared out was seriously impressive. He also noticed and fixed up a drainage issue with the outdoor pipe. Previously it was too low and needed to be cleared out. He fixed it so it would have a proper gravity fall, preventing future blockages and got all the gross stuff out. I really appreciated his honest advice regarding a replacement for our downstairs unit, especially his attention to detail regarding electrical compliance and the rusted mounts. Highly recommend Joseph for anyone in the Browns Plains/Logan area looking for a tech who actually knows their stuff and has a great attitude!

I am very happy with the service provided. The communication throughout the process was smooth and clear, which made everything much less stressful. Hector was extremely professional, patient, and respectful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand language so I could feel confident about the situation. Although no repair work was carried out at this stage due to my insurance claim for a burst pipe, Hector was still very thorough in his assessment and provided helpful guidance on the next steps. He arrived on time, showed great attention to detail, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping the customer. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made the whole experience very positive. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service.

Matt was amazing! So respectful and professional. Explained to us everything he had done and how long the aircon will stay clean for before needing another. Highly recommend!

Matt serviced our Fujitsu air conditioning unit early this morning so that I could make it to work on time. He’s highly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about both his work and his clients. I’ll absolutely be using Good Maintenance again in the future!

***Updated*** Much appreciated Ben - I was not expecting your reply and offer to refund the call out fee. The important part is not that mistakes happen, but how they are fixed and great to see you have taken onboard and will review this as an improvement. 3.5 stars is a better reflection based response. Thanks, Angus Lots of 5 star reviews which made go with Good Maintenance - this was not my experience. The positives - easy to book an A/C technician, friendly staff, the technician arrived on time with good communication before the visit. Technician seemed knowledgeable when on site. The negative - found a leak in the system which needed fixed a system re-gassed. Could not repair on the day and had the main office send a quote. I almost fell off my chair $3,596 to repair a leak (shrouder cores) and re-gas. I sent an email to request breakdown of parts and labour - no response. I called the office, back and forth voice message. I ended up calling another A/C company (King Cooling) who came out to fix the fault - leak ended up not being in the shrouder cores but on a pipe in the attic. Fixed the leak, nitrogen tested and re-gas - all for $520! Maybe Good Maintenance but Expensive Maintenance- I will likely not use again.
