Mr Davis and his team have always provided excellent service. I know if I call with an emergency they will move mountains to help! When I call with a non emergency, the team still arrive the same week :) His team are always are polite and respectful, arriving promptly and explaining the work needing to be done, and giving a rough estimate of costs. They have done multiple small and large jobs for my family and all of them have been highest standard.

My shower had a leak. Called these guys and they were great and quick to come out. After the first visit the issue wasn't fixed and I called again. They came out quickly again and did more works. I was told then to call back if there were further issues. A couple weeks passed and the issue occurred again. I called and left a message but did not get a reply. I then received the bill in the mail for the work done so far (which didn't fix the issue). I called a few more times and texted but got no response. I called one last time two days after the bill was due saying I will pay it to prevent them sending me to the debt collectors for unpaid bills. I paid the bill, called once more and sent a text stating the issue was still there. That was the 4th of Jan and I still haven't heard from them so now looking for another plumber. Nice guys, but not reliable. Feel a bit ripped off, will never call them again and treat it as an expensive lesson. UPDATE: Eventually they got back to me and it appear the problem has been fixed. I'm happy it's all sorted now and would give them a 5 star if it simply wasn't for all the messing around. Like I said, nice guys, what happened to me was probably just an oversight

Yet again a bloody awesome bail out for a significant issue, helpful, experienced folks that turn up on time and do a brilliant job. This is such a great business built over a long time with a great team of trustworthy guys. I'd never call anyone else.
