Ben has just finished sorting out my cistern and water heater issues and I am both grateful and impressed. He kept me informed about his times of arrival and what he would do and how and what it would cost. He did an excellent job and cleaned as he finished each task. I will certainly be recommending Ben and Fix It Right to everyone, it was so refreshing to have a pleasant and knowledgeable tradesperson/plumber who actually did exactly what he had explained he would do originally. I contacted Fix it Right at the suggestion of a family member after receiving a leak alert from South East Water. Plumbing issues are always stressful, especially when there is no obvious problem, so I was delighted to meet plumber Ben who calmly and reassuringly performed a thorough inspection and testing on my entire system, identified and fixed the immediate issue on the spot and then provided quotes and options for some other long overdue upgrades to my ageing property. Communication from their office staff prior to the appointment re making a suitable time, updates to arrival times etc was great. This is a business that respects its customer’s time and values their satisfaction.

Fix it right plumbing were absolutely awesome. We couldn’t recommend Tracey highly enough. We had what turned out to be a pretty complicated problem with our gas line and Tracey went above and beyond to fix it, including working very long hours in 43 degree heat. Where some tradies might have thrown up their hands and said enough, Tracey worked systematically to devise the best solution for every issue that presented itself along the way - and there were a few - and did not rest until it was all addressed. Super impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She didn’t hesitate to stop and explain things to us, ensure we were on board with what she was doing, and entirely happy with the work. (Including a meticulous clean up afterwards!) Pricing was clearly explained, and we were given clear options at different price points every step of the way. We came away with confidence in a job well done, and knowing that for future issues, Fix it Right plumbing has our back. Massive thank you Tracey and team!

We had our hot water system fail a few days ago and after reading a few of these highly rated reviews, we made a booking. We were seen to by Mitch and the next day, Jack, who was assigned to all the work. Both absolute super stars, very respectful and polite. We were seen to quickly, work was done promptly (far shortly than the time originally quoted). It has been amazing service from making the online booking to the completion of all the work. The email with the tradie photo and tradie bio was a great touch from and made us feel quite comfortable even either tradies arrived. Company is highly recommended and we will be sure to call them in the future for any of our plumbing jobs.
