Lauren was highly professional and personable over the phone. She provided a detailed overview of the plumbing company’s services and the procedures involved in attending to my plumbing concerns. Also, not having a call-out fee, should be a huge attraction for potential customers; we can focus on paying for the actual services rendered. I will post a follow-up review once the plumber has addressed the specific issues. UPDATE: FIRP's office contacted me on the agreed date to inform me of the plumber's ETA and to confirm my availability. They also sent me a photo of the designated plumber with a short bio (nice touch as it humanises the business-customer relationship). Blaze (from the Canberra office) assessed my specific plumbing issue. He also enquired about the various plumbing outlets throughout my home (e.g. bathrooms, toilets, taps and outdoor (garden) hoses. He provided detailed costs for replacement/servicing. I chose the option for my immediate needs only and there was no hard sell/pressure from Blaze. He further emailed the various quotes, if I wished to proceed at a future date. Blaze replaced the water cistern and pleasingly, also cleaned up his work area. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience and outcome, from my first contact with FIRP to the conclusion of the task.

I had a great experience with Blaze from Fix It Right Plumbing. He did an excellent job fixing the leaks in both our kitchen and bathroom. Blaze was friendly, professional, and very courteous throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean and tidy once the job was done. I called Fix It Right Plumbing for assistance with an unknown water leak in my front yard. I especially asked for Jack A from Fix It Right Plumbing Carrum Downs VIC, as I have used this company once before. Jack A was able to analyse the issue quickly and provided clear details of works required. He is such a professional individual and a good human. Once again Thane was wonderful- amazing communication, arrived and fixed the water pump issue, charged me $0 because he was in the area and it was so quick! Good luck finding that level of service anywhere else. FIR is our go-to plumbing for life now. The best.
